Is This a Boycott or Inaction? Tigran Avinyan

The Mayor of Yerevan, Tigran Avinyan, drew the attention of citizens to the fact that two opposition factions were absent during the discussion of a routine issue concerning citizens. He stated, "We were discussing a routine issue regarding the removal of fees for parking in the 'A' and 'B' zones of Yerevan on Sundays. Two factions that have been speaking and giving various justifications regarding a boycott are not participating in the decision-making process. So now, is this a boycott or inaction? I am confident that this is not a boycott; it lacks logic. At least, I do not understand that logic," Avinyan said. It is noteworthy that vehicles will be exempt from parking fees on Sundays in the paid parking lots of Yerevan's 'A' and 'B' zones.
