Avinyan Responds to Hayk Marutyan's Speech
The Mayor of Yerevan, Tigran Avinyan, has responded to the speech made by Hayk Marutyan, the head of the 'National Progress' faction of the council, in which Marutyan justified his absence from the council sessions as a boycott.
“Mr. Marutyan, if you have not come to participate in the council meetings, to be honest, nothing will change for you in the future. You will continue to not come and not participate in the council sessions and decisions,” Avinyan said.
