Wind Intensification Expected in Some Areas: Weather in Armenia

In the territory of the Republic of Armenia, dry weather is expected on the night of January 26, during the day on January 28, and on January 29. In the evening of January 26, at night on the 28th, and on the 30th, snow is expected in some regions, with a blizzard in certain mountainous areas on January 27. This information is reported by the Hydro-Meteorological and Monitoring Center.

The wind will be from the southwest, at a speed of 2-5 m/s, with intensification expected in some areas on January 26-27 of 14-18 m/s. The air temperature will not change significantly.

In Yerevan, dry weather is expected on the night of January 26 and on January 28-30. Snow is expected late in the evening on January 26 and on January 27.

On January 26, the daytime temperature in the capital will be around 0-2 degrees Celsius, while in the evening, temperatures will register from 0 to -2 degrees.
