MTS Armenia Transfers 20% of Shares to the Republic of Armenia Free of Charge
MTS Armenia has transferred 20% of its shares to the Republic of Armenia free of charge. This information was reported by the company's press service.
On January 24, it was announced that the company would cease to be part of the Russian MTS group. The new shareholder of the company is Fedilco Group Limited, whose owners are European and Asian investors.
Given the strategic significance of MTS Armenia LLC for Armenia, Fedilco Group Limited intends to transfer 20% of the shares to the Republic of Armenia free of charge, as stated in the notice.
