Decrease in Real Estate Transactions in Yerevan, Increased Activity in Regions: Head of the Cadastre Committee
According to preliminary data, there is an increase in the number of transactions across the entire territory of the republic. This was stated by the head of the Cadastre Committee, Suren Tovmasyan, during a conversation with reporters after a government meeting, discussing the real estate market and prices.
He noted that last year's figures have not yet been fully accounted for, which is why he refrained from providing specific numbers.
'There is a certain decrease in Yerevan, but the activity in the capital is significantly larger,' he reported.
