Roads in Syunik Province Difficult to Navigate for Trucks with Trailers
The Rescue Service reports that there are closed and difficult-to-navigate roads within the Republic of Armenia. Until February 15, due to road renovation works, the section of the M-6 highway between Vanadzor and Alaverdi will be closed for buses and heavy trucks equipped with trailers or semi-trailers.
An alternative route will operate through the town of Noyemberyan.
The roads leading from the 'Amberd' high-altitude meteorological station in Aragatsotn Province to the Amberd Fortress and the Kari Lake are also closed.

Regarding Lars, according to information received from the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Georgia’s Emergency Situations Department and the Crisis Management Center of the North Ossetia of the Russian Federation, the Stepantsminda-Lars road is open for all types of vehicles. Drivers are advised to travel only with winter tires.
