Vahe Ghazaryan on Stopping Shahramanyan's Motorcade

The Minister of Internal Affairs, Vahe Ghazaryan, has commented on the incident involving the stopping of the motorcade of the President of Artsakh, Samvel Shahramanyan, in Yerevan. He made this statement during a press conference summarizing the year 2023.

“The patrol officer warned that there is no right to travel in a motorcade. And I take this opportunity to remind our citizens that there is no right to travel in a motorcade. Only those officials for whom a motorcade is designated have the right to travel in it,” he said.

According to Ghazaryan, the patrol officer approached politely and issued a warning. “I think it is excessive; the patrol officer did not allow it,” he noted.
