Video: Police Decisions on Tinted Windows Were Illegal, Says Keyan
The court substantiated that the decisions of the Eurasian Economic Union (EAEU) cannot be equated with the decisions of the Armenian government. This means that the decisions made by the Police of the Republic of Armenia, which classified citizens with tinted windows as "subjects of fines," were illegal. This was stated by Tigran Keyan, the head of the NGO "Driver's Friend," on his Facebook page, along with photos.
"In legal countries, decisions made in such circumstances would be considered void, and damages caused to citizens would be compensated," he added.
