There cannot be a second decree signer in the Republic of Armenia, and there isn’t. This was stated by Taron Chakhoyan, the Deputy Chief of Staff to the Prime Minister, on his Facebook page.
“There cannot be a second lawmaker in the Republic of Armenia, and there isn’t. There cannot be a second government in the Republic of Armenia, and there isn’t. There cannot be a second state in the Republic of Armenia, and there isn’t,” he wrote.
