No Preconditions for Peace Negotiations on This Issue: Peskov
Currently, there are no preconditions for conducting peace negotiations regarding the Ukraine issue. This was stated by Dmitry Peskov, the press secretary of the Russian President, to reporters.
“We truly believe that the topic of negotiations is not relevant at the moment, and we have repeatedly stated that there are no grounds, no preconditions for such negotiations,” said the Kremlin representative, commenting on statements from the Ukrainian side.
Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy has also stated that the issue of negotiations with the Russian Federation is not currently relevant.
