Azerbaijan is Determined to Advance Relations with Armenia, Says Bayramov
Azerbaijan's Foreign Minister Jayhun Bayramov, speaking at the 47th session of the Council of Foreign Ministers of the Black Sea Economic Cooperation Organization, addressed Armenian-Azerbaijani relations.
Bayramov noted that Azerbaijan is determined to advance the process of normalizing relations and promoting peace with Armenia: "Currently, favorable conditions have been created in the region for the establishment of peace."
