The Process of Prisoner Exchange Between Armenia and Azerbaijan Has Begun
The process of prisoner exchange between Armenia and Azerbaijan has begun on the Kazakh-Ijevan border. This is reported by Azerbaijani media. It is stated that representatives of both sides will arrive at this section shortly.
