In 2015, the Council for the Fight Against Corruption was established in Armenia, and guess who was its chairman? Hovik Abrahamyan. 

This was stated today in the National Assembly by Hayk Konyjoryan, the head of the 'Civil Contract' faction.

'During the previous regime, Hovik Abrahamyan was the chairman of the Council for the Fight Against Corruption. Today, the Prosecutor's Office is demanding from him through a lawsuit the return of 59 real estate properties and 21 billion drams, and this is just the beginning. One of the members of the Council for the Fight Against Corruption at that time was the Minister of Finance, Gagik Khachatryan, who today is being demanded by the Prosecutor's Office to return 50 billion drams, 210 real estate properties, and so on, based on the law concerning property of illegal origin.

Adding to this is the illegal property attributed to the leader of the 'Armenia Alliance,' Robert Kocharian, and the 36 million drams demanded from him by the Prosecutor's Office. The combined financial value of these three officials amounts to 107 billion drams. Just 107 million drams is being withheld by the Prosecutor's Office from you to return to the state.
