Warning Signs: What Erdogan is Cautioning About
Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan has warned regional countries about the danger of the Gaza conflict escalating into a regional war. He made this statement at the summit of the Gulf Cooperation Council.
Erdogan stated that Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu is endangering the security of the entire region simply to prolong his political life. He said, “We must not allow the atrocities in Gaza to turn into a regional war involving Syria.”
According to him, it is necessary to create conditions for Syrians so they can return to their homeland.
