An Israeli-owned ship has been targeted by gunfire in the Arabian Sea. This information has been reported by the Lebanese television channel Al Mayadeen, citing sources, as conveyed by RIA Novosti.
"Al Mayadeen's sources confirm that an Israeli ship was attacked in the Arabian Sea. Gunfire was opened on the vessel, causing it to catch fire," the Lebanese outlet reported, without providing further details.
According to the channel's sources, the ship was attacked on Thursday night into Friday, just hours before a ceasefire took effect in the Gaza Strip.
