VIDEO: Settlements in Artsakh Isolated by Pre-Planned Mechanism, Tatoyan Presents Evidence

We have presented evidence clearly showing the routes of the Azerbaijani armed attacks, armed advances, and the forced displacement of Armenians from Artsakh during the September 19-20, 2023 incidents on maps. This was reported by former Human Rights Defender Arman Tatoyan.

“These evidences substantiate that the settlements in Artsakh were isolated by a pre-planned mechanism to create chaos and panic in Artsakh. This was also done to conceal traces of crimes. Major settlements were isolated along with their villages, including Martakert, Askeran, Martuni, and Stepanakert. During those days, Azerbaijani armed forces also targeted residential buildings, kindergartens, schools, and critical infrastructures (for instance, school facilities in villages, the entire water supply system of Stepanakert, and so forth),” he wrote.
