Certain Israeli Decisions Contradict International Law, Borrell Says
Israel has the right to self-defense, but some of its recent decisions contradict international law, EU foreign policy chief Josep Borrell told reporters on Tuesday, as reported by Reuters.
“Israel has the right to defend itself, but this must be done in accordance with international law and humanitarian law, and some decisions contradict international law,” Borrell said after a meeting of EU Foreign Ministers in Muscat, the capital of Oman.
