When Does Moscow Consider the Possibility of a Meeting Between the Foreign Ministers of Russia, Armenia, and Azerbaijan
Moscow is considering the possibility of negotiations between the foreign ministers of the Russian Federation, Armenia, and Azerbaijan within the framework of the CIS summit in Bishkek on October 12, said Russian Deputy Foreign Minister Mikhail Galuzin in an interview with RBC.
“The dialogue between Russia, Azerbaijan, and Armenia regarding the entire spectrum of issues related to the settlement of the Armenian-Azerbaijani conflict has never been interrupted. We hope that such communications will continue,” he stated.
According to him, the Azerbaijani side has already given its principal consent. “We expect that the Armenian side will also approach this matter with full responsibility and agree to participate in the negotiations,” he noted.
