President Vahagn Khachaturyan has sent a congratulatory message to the President of the Russian Federation, Vladimir Putin, on the occasion of his birthday.
The message reads: "Dear Vladimir Vladimirovich, please accept my sincere congratulations on your birthday. Our peoples are connected through centuries-old traditions of friendship and cooperation. I am confident that the constructive efforts directed toward the further development of relations between Armenia and Russia will make an important contribution to strengthening the friendship between our nations."
