U.S. Supreme Court Does Not Bar Trump from Running for President
The U.S. Supreme Court has not barred Donald Trump from running for president, according to the court's ruling, as reported by RIA Novosti.
It is noteworthy that a Republican, John Castor, filed a lawsuit against Trump in several states. He argues that the former president should not be allowed to hold office due to a constitutional amendment that prohibits 'insurgents' from holding positions.
It is recalled that Trump, despite facing criminal prosecution for the Capitol riots on January 6, 2021, has not yet been found guilty.
