Former Presidents of Artsakh Have Not Left Stepanakert: Media
The former presidents of the Republic of Artsakh (Nagorno-Karabakh) Arkadi Ghukasian, Bako Sahakyan, and Arayik Harutyunyan have not left Stepanakert. This was reported to TASS by a source close to the former leadership of Artsakh.
"As of 11:00 Moscow time (12:00 Yerevan time), the three former leaders are in Stepanakert. Negotiations are currently underway with the Azerbaijani side," the agency's interlocutor stated.
Earlier today, unofficial reports circulated that the former presidents had left Stepanakert and were already in Armenia. Various Armenian media outlets and Facebook users were spreading information about the former presidents coming to Armenia.
