What Were Discussed by Representatives of Artsakh and Azerbaijan
With the mediation of the Russian side, representatives of Artsakh and Azerbaijan met on September 25 in Ivanian, at the permanent deployment site of Russian peacekeepers. This was reported by the information headquarters of Artsakh.
“A number of humanitarian issues were discussed, including the progress of search and rescue operations for the dead and missing after military operations, as well as the need to ensure the restoration of natural gas supplies, and the uninterrupted operation of energy and water supply systems.
The representatives of Artsakh emphasized the necessity of transferring the wounded, pregnant women, children in need of urgent medical care, and citizens to specialized medical facilities in Armenia. The parties reached an agreement on this issue and outlined the agenda for the next meeting,” the statement said.
