Statement from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs on the Activities of Foreign Journalists in Armenia
The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Armenia informs foreign media outlets operating in Armenia that, according to the provisions established by the order No. 1943-N of July 27, 2023, issued by the Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Armenia, the activities of journalists representing foreign states are conducted strictly based on the relevant accreditation from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Armenia.
The Ministry urges the representatives of the media operating under the legislation of foreign states to adhere strictly to the procedures established by the said order when carrying out journalistic activities in Armenia. Failure to comply will result in legal consequences as stipulated by law.
