Azerbaijanis Approached This Suburb of Stepanakert and Even Entered the First Houses: Artak Beglaryan
The entire Krgzhan is empty due to high security risks. This was stated by former Prime Minister of Artsakh Artak Beglaryan.
“Azerbaijani forces have approached this suburb of Stepanakert and even entered the first houses. A violation of the ceasefire that occurred on September 21 took place here,” he noted.
It should be recalled that Azerbaijan launched a large-scale offensive against Artsakh on September 19. Azerbaijani armed forces violated the ceasefire along the entire contact line, delivering rocket and artillery strikes.
On September 20, it became known that the authorities of Artsakh accepted the proposal from the command of the Russian peacekeeping mission regarding the cessation of fire.
On September 21, a meeting between representatives of Artsakh and Azerbaijan took place in Azerbaijan's Yevlakh with the mediation of Russian peacekeepers.
