The Artsakh Ministry of Defense has addressed the latest disinformation from the Azerbaijani side.
"The statement disseminated by the Azerbaijani Ministry of Defense claiming that on September 18 at 23:50, Defense Army units opened fire towards Azerbaijani positions located in the occupied areas of the Askeran region of the Republic of Artsakh is not true," the report states.
