VIDEO: The Flag of Artsakh Flies at the Republican Stadium During Armenia–Croatia Match

In the sixth round of the Euro 2024 qualifying tournament, the Armenian national team hosted the bronze medalists of the World Cup, the Croatian national team, at the Vasgen Sargsyan Republican Stadium in Yerevan.

At the end of the first half, the flag of Artsakh floated over the field, carried by a drone. The match was interrupted for several minutes.

At the time of the interruption, the score was 0:1 in favor of Croatia. The opening goal was scored by Croatia in the 13th minute from a corner kick, with the striker Andrej Kramarić from Hoffenheim finding the back of the net.

The teams are playing at the Vasgen Sargsyan Republican Stadium in Yerevan, officiated by a referee team led by Clément Turpin from France.
