Bayramov Again Accuses Armenia: Meeting with Russian Special Representative
The head of the Azerbaijani Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Jeyhun Bayramov, met today, September 7, with Igor Khovaev, the Russian special representative for the resolution of Armenian-Azerbaijani relations.
The parties discussed the situation in the South Caucasus and the process of normalizing relations between Yerevan and Baku.
Bayramov stated that "the statements, rhetoric, and provocations from Yerevan disrupt sustainable peace in the region." During the meeting, there were also exchanges of views on other issues of mutual interest.
