I Saved the World from a Nuclear Holocaust During My Presidency: Trump
Former U.S. President Donald Trump has stated that during his time in the White House, he was able to save the world from nuclear war. The New York Times reports this, citing recordings of the politician's remarks made behind closed doors during testimony by New York Attorney General Letitia James.
“You would have had a nuclear holocaust if I hadn’t taken care of North Korea. I think you would have had a nuclear war if I hadn’t been elected,” he said.
Trump referred to his tenure in the White House as “the most important job in the world that is saving millions of lives.”
