Gurgen Nersisyan Dismissed from Position of Artsakh State Minister; Successor Announced
Artsakh President Arayik Harutyunyan has issued a decree relieving State Minister Gurgen Nersisyan of his duties. In his resignation message, Arayik Harutyunyan announced that the Secretary of the Security Council, Samvel Sergey Shahramanyan, has been appointed as the new state minister and has been granted broad powers.
It is noteworthy that Gurgen Nersisyan was appointed as state minister on March 1 of this year.
