The Wiretapped Prosecutor of Kotayk Province Sues Anna Vardapetyan
The former prosecutor of Kotayk Province, Aprés Grigoryan, who was dismissed due to wiretapping, has filed a lawsuit against the Attorney General of Armenia, Anna Vardapetyan. This information has been reported by Armlur.
According to the media outlet, Grigoryan filed a petition in the Administrative Court of Armenia yesterday, seeking to annul the decision made by Attorney General Anna Vardapetyan on July 13, which resulted in his dismissal from the position.
It is worth noting that the prosecutor's office dismissed not only Grigoryan but also the prosecutor of Armavir Province, Ashot Martirosyan, as a result of the wiretapping.
