Aram prepares a list during the day and provides people with small numbered papers so that in the morning at 4:00 AM, citizens can receive their allocated two loaves of bread in turn, wrote photographer David Ghahramanyan.
“I forgot to add: Aram said, ’Buddy, take a picture; maybe someone will understand the importance of this task and bring a box of cigarettes with them,’” the photographer wrote.
