This was stated by Andranik Kocharyan, the Chairman of the National Assembly's Defense and Security Committee, in an interview with NEWS.am.

Referring to the negotiations, Kocharyan predicted that they would still be prolonged. “Everyone should serve their national interests, and everyone has security concerns. No matter how much we say that we should quickly reach peace, there are issues that will have further developments. I believe that we will succeed in many aspects and it is visible. For this, we need to be united. The Azerbaijanis are trying to take advantage of the advantages created after the war, but they are being restrained. There are geopolitical interests that should be constraints in the negotiation process,” he said.
