Israeli and Ukrainian Defense Ministers Discuss Effects of Iran's Influence in the Ukrainian War

The defense ministers of Israel and Ukraine, Yoav Gallant and Oleksii Reznikov, have held a telephone conversation. This was reported by Ukrainian media, citing a statement from the Israeli Ministry of Defense.

During the conversation, the parties discussed the situation created in Ukraine's combat zone and the alleged influence of Iran on it.

"Minister Gallant was briefed on the developments taking place on the ground. He expressed concern regarding the humanitarian situation in Ukraine. The parties also discussed the joint threat posed by Iran, its impact on the Ukrainian war, and its global consequences," the statement noted.

Gallant also informed his interlocutor about the progress of the installation of the civil air raid warning system, which is being assisted by Israeli specialists in Ukraine.
