Azerbaijani Position Opens Fire Towards Residential Home in Janqatax Village

On June 22, at 19:25, Zori Arakelyan, a resident of Janqatax village in the Martakert region, called the regional dispatch center and reported that random gunfire was directed at their home from an Azerbaijani position, according to the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Artsakh.

The senior investigator who arrived at the scene discovered that around 13:30, gunfire from Azerbaijani military positions located near Janqatax village had damaged the roof of Z. Arakelyan's house. The extent of the damage is being assessed.

The report has been forwarded to the Russian peacekeeping contingent.
