At a joint meeting of the Standing Committees of the National Assembly on State-Legal Issues and Financial, Credit, and Budgetary Matters, budget discussions continue.

“Two days ago, I entered one of the ministries. I went into an office where five employees were sitting; two were doing manicures, one was rolling a ball, and two were looking at me. Is this productive? Perhaps the two who were looking at me should do the work of the five,” said Sergei Bagratyan, a member of the ruling party, addressing the Minister of Finance, Vahe Hovhannisyan.

The Finance Minister also noted that each head of a department should ensure that employees focus on their work.
