Impeachment Process for Biden to Be Initiated in House of Representatives: Congresswoman

Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene (Republican, Georgia) intends to initiate impeachment proceedings against U.S. President Joe Biden in Congress for failing to fulfill his duties and not protecting the country's borders. The congresswoman released a video of her speech on Twitter.

“In the most serious way, I am today announcing my intent to introduce articles of impeachment against President Joe Biden, who has systematically destroyed this country since January 20, 2021,” Greene stated. She believes that Biden's policies on the southern border and various announcements will violate U.S. laws and lead to the country's ruin. She also emphasized that the President has grossly violated his constitutional duties and poses a threat to national security.

Previously, Greene had announced her intention to demand the resignation of FBI Director Christopher Wray and D.C. District Attorney Matthew Graves.
