Armenia Transfers Weapons to Artsakh: Cavusoglu's Baseless Statement
Since the end of the Patriotic War, Azerbaijan and Turkey have genuinely sought to stabilize relations with Armenia. Azerbaijan has put forward a peace initiative.
This was stated by Turkey's Foreign Minister Mevlut Cavusoglu in an interview with NTV, as reported by APA. He noted that Azerbaijan has liberated its lands from occupation. The Turkish minister, presumably trying to justify the illegal checkpoint established by Azerbaijan in the Lachin corridor, claimed that Armenia is transferring weapons to Artsakh, thereby creating tension.
“We stand by Azerbaijan,” he added.
