Thanks to Arthur Davtyan's victory, the Armenian anthem resounded in Turkey. In the city of Antalya, Turkey, a ceremony was held to award the champion and medalists of the sports gymnastics vault event. Arthur Davtyan was awarded a gold medal.

In the final of the European Championship, the reigning world champion achieved outstanding jumps and secured the title of champion with the highest score. The world and European champion scored 15.033 points in the finale. The European runner-up was Britain's Jake Jarman (15.016), and the bronze medalist was Ukraine's Ihor Radivilov (14.750).

Arthur Davtyan had previously become the European champion in the parallel bars event in 2021. The team led by Hakob Serobyann concluded the European Championship with 3 medals: 1 gold, 1 silver, and 1 bronze.

The day prior, Vahagn Davtyan was declared the European runner-up in the rings event for the second time. Arthur Davtyan also became a bronze medalist in the parallel bars.
