VIDEO: Cracked Window, Deception. Flyone Armenia Responds to TikToker's Claims

Hasmik Edyan, a TikToker from Armenia, has published a video showcasing a cracked window from one of her previous flights on a Flyone Armenia aircraft. In her video, she also complains that the seats are not adjustable and that they do not provide free water during the flight.

She ended up purchasing water herself, paying 1000 drams for half a liter, only to later find out that the menu listed the price as 500 drams. After her complaint, they brought her another bottle of water.

“This is nonsense. A broken, cracked window cannot exist, as in that case, the aircraft cannot take off,” stated Aram Ananyan, chairman of the board of directors of Flyone Armenia, in an interview with Аuroranews.am, noting that all aircraft meet EU standards.

When asked why water is sold, he explained, “In all budget airlines, low-cost carriers, water is sold. The logic of a budget airline lies in providing accessible services and allowing the passenger to decide which additional services they wish to utilize during the flight,” Ananyan stated.

He dismissed the claims of deception as unfounded and categorically rejected them. Regarding flight safety, he asserted that it is at a high level.

“Not only does the airline adhere to these standards, but also all the airports where the airline operates flights, as well as aviation authorities. Thus, the statements made are groundless. We find it incomprehensible and unacceptable to spread blatant misinformation about the airline,” Ananyan concluded.
