Video: How a Woman Steals a Phone. She is Wanted

The individual depicted in the video is being sought by the Shengavit investigative division of the Yerevan city investigative department of the RA Investigative Committee.

In order to ensure a comprehensive, objective, and thorough investigation concerning the criminal case, measures are being taken to locate this individual.

"We ask that the mentioned person present themselves to the conducting authority or that anyone who recognizes them or has any information about their identity or whereabouts inform the Shengavit investigative division of the Yerevan city investigative department of the RA Investigative Committee," said a statement released by the Investigative Committee.
