Artsakh President Araik Harutyunyan Announces New State Minister
Ruben Vardanyan has been relieved of his duties as State Minister. This was announced by the President of Artsakh, Araik Harutyunyan, during a government meeting.
At the same time, he announced that Gurgen Nersisyan, the Prosecutor General of Artsakh, will be appointed as the new State Minister.
It is worth noting that on November 4, 2022, President Araik Harutyunyan signed a decree relieving Artak Beglaryan from the position of State Minister and appointed Ruben Vardanyan to that position.
Gurgen Nersisyan was elected as Prosecutor General of Artsakh during the National Assembly session on February 11, 2021.
