Putin Not Planning to Interact with Biden
Vladimir Putin is not currently planning to engage in any communication with U.S. President Joe Biden. This was stated by Dmitry Peskov, the press secretary of the Russian president, in an interview with TASS.
“We have heard the initial reactions to that decision from NATO Secretary General Stoltenberg and U.S. Secretary of State Antony Blinken. At this moment, no communication is planned,” he said.
It is noteworthy that the official Washington responded to President Vladimir Putin's statements regarding Russia's suspension of participation in the Strategic Offensive Arms Treaty (START III).
U.S. Secretary of State Antony Blinken mentioned that Washington is ready to discuss arms limitation with Moscow at any time.
