Russia's decision to suspend its participation in the Strategic Arms Reduction Treaty is destroying the international security system. This was stated by the head of EU diplomacy, Josep Borrell.
"The decision made by Russia destroys the international security system established after the Cold War. After that decision, we need to think about new measures for international security," he said after negotiations with Ukraine's foreign minister and NATO's Secretary General in Brussels.
