What Connection Does Baku Have with Ruben's Tenure or Dismissal: David Babayan
David Babayan, the advisor to the President of Artsakh, has commented on the rumors regarding possible dismissals in Artsakh:
“If there are suddenly dismissals in Artsakh, why should that be connected to Baku? What connection does Baku have with Ruben's tenure or dismissal? What differences should there be regarding the future of Artsakh, who supports what, and who does not? The issue should be correctly formulated: there is a unified approach in Artsakh that it will not be part of Azerbaijan. And this has been our stance for decades, it should not be tied to one person. Azerbaijan hates us, not the people, but the state, and we all agree that we will not be part of Azerbaijan. This is our collective stance. And Ruben has not said anything new,” he wrote on his Facebook page.
