Putin to Address 'Special Military Operation' in Federal Assembly Speech, Peskov Says
Russian President Vladimir Putin will focus on the 'special military operation' (referring to the war against Ukraine) in his address to the Federal Assembly on February 21, said his press secretary.
Dmitry Peskov noted that everyone is now awaiting the national leader's assessment regarding this issue.
“Of course, in such a responsible and very difficult phase of our development and life, everyone is waiting for the address, hoping to hear an evaluation of what is happening, the special military operation, the international situation, and also the President's vision on how we are overcoming this and how we plan to develop further,” Peskov said.
