Aliyev Speaks About Ruben Vardanyan and When He Would Negotiate with Armenians of Artsakh
Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev stated during a panel discussion held with Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan at the Munich conference that he is willing to start negotiations with the "Armenian minority of Karabakh" only if "the criminal, Ruben Vardanyan, who is involved in money laundering in Europe" leaves Artsakh.
He also declared that they are ready to negotiate with "the Armenians of Karabakh who were born and raised there," rather than with "someone exported from Russia."
