Meeting Between the Prime Ministers of Armenia and Lithuania: Details
On February 19, within the framework of the Munich Security Conference, a meeting took place between the Prime Ministers of Armenia and Lithuania, Nikol Pashinyan and Ingrid Šimonytė.
The two leaders discussed various cooperation and development issues between Armenia and Lithuania. They exchanged views on the Armenia-EU relations.
Prime Minister Pashinyan addressed the developments occurring in the South Caucasus, the situation surrounding Nagorno-Karabakh, and the humanitarian, environmental, and energy crisis in Nagorno-Karabakh resulting from Azerbaijan's blockade of the Lachin corridor.
In this context, the importance of the international community's consistent and ongoing response to Azerbaijan's aggressive actions was emphasized.
