‘This is a large, revealed adventure involving the Ministry of Defense and the Minister,’ Andranik Kocharyan

In the National Assembly, Armenia's Prosecutor General Anna Vardapetyan presented the third petition for the initiation of public criminal prosecution against the former Minister of Defense and current National Assembly member Seyran Ohanyan. Vardapetyan noted that Seyran Ohanyan, during his tenure as Minister of Defense from April 14, 2008, until September 9, 2016, acted against the interests of his official duties, which resulted in serious consequences.

Addressing Prosecutor General Anna Vardapetyan, Andranik Kocharyan, an MP from the ruling Civil Contract faction and chairman of the National Assembly's Defense and Security Committee, stated: ‘When you mentioned the name Vahe Yakubyan, it awakened some memories for me. I assumed you would also mention the name David Harutyunyan, as they had been very close. This is lawyer Vahe Yakubyan. It’s as if he privatized a floor of the
