Six Patients Transferred from Artsakh to Armenia with Red Cross Assistance
Due to the blockade of the only road connecting Artsakh to Armenia by Azerbaijan, six patients have been transferred today, January 21, from the Republican Medical Center of the Artsakh Health Ministry. The patients were diagnosed with the following conditions:
- Pregnancy I, 35 weeks, first-degree fatty metabolism disorder
- Bilateral polypous pneumonia, lung abscess, ischemic cardiomyopathy, septic condition
- Craniolized, sequestrated herniation of the L2-L3 intervertebral discs, radiculopathy, spondyloarthritis
- Bilateral avascular necrosis of the femoral heads, muscular atrophy of the lower extremities with pronounced painful syndrome, L4-L5 spondylodiscitis
- Hemoblastosis with acute leukemia
- Atherosclerosis, aneurysm of the right common femoral artery
The transfer was facilitated and accompanied by the International Committee of the Red Cross.
