Israel and Azerbaijan Expand Cooperation: Bayramov Invited to Israel
The head of Israel's Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Eli Cohen, had a telephone conversation today with Azerbaijan's Foreign Minister Jeyhun Bayramov, during which he invited his counterpart to visit Israel.
“We are strengthening our ties with Azerbaijan. Today I had a phone call with the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Azerbaijan, Jeyhun Bayramov, who congratulated me on my appointment. In connection with the opening of the Azerbaijani embassy in Israel, I have invited the minister to visit our country. We agreed to enhance our relations and expand cooperation between our countries,” the minister wrote on his Twitter page.
It is noteworthy that Mukhtar Mamedov has been appointed as the Ambassador of Azerbaijan to Israel.
